Welcome to Ariona Study Abroad. By accessing or using our student application management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, students, and parents.

• You retain ownership of documents you upload but grant us a license to store, process, and share them as necessary to provide our services
• Documents may be shared with university admissions offices upon your authorization
• You are responsible for ensuring all uploaded documents are accurate and authentic
• We reserve the right to refuse or remove documents that violate these terms or applicable laws
• File size limits and supported formats may apply as specified in the platform

• By using the platform, you consent to receive communications from administrators and the system
• Push notifications are optional and can be enabled/disabled in your browser settings
• Important service announcements may be sent regardless of notification preferences
• Messages sent through the platform may be visible to your assigned administrator and linked parent accounts
• We may send emails regarding application deadlines, document requests, and account activity

• We provide application management tools but do not guarantee admission to any university
• University application decisions are made solely by the respective institutions
• We are not responsible for application outcomes, visa decisions, or scholarship results
• Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control
• Features and functionality may change or be updated without prior notice

• The platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Ariona Study Abroad
• Document templates and educational materials provided are for your personal use only
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform materials without written permission
• Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used to improve our services without compensation

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity
• You may request account deletion by contacting your administrator or our support team
• Upon termination, access to the platform and associated data will be revoked
• Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• Completed applications and submitted documents may be retained for record-keeping

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ariona Study Abroad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ariona Study Abroad, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of the platform, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
